Same-Day Mobile IV

Same-Day Mobile IV in San Antonio: Near You, at Your Door

Need fluids today? A licensed provider brings the drip to your home, office, or hotel when the schedule allows — no IV-bar drive, no lobby wait.

By Marcus De La Fuente, APRN · Published

If you're searching "mobile IV near me" in San Antonio, you probably don't want another general guide — you want fluids today, close by, without driving across town while you feel depleted. Same-day mobile IV hydration therapy here is a house call: a licensed provider comes to your home, office, or hotel, places the IV, monitors the drip, and packs up when you're done.

This page covers availability, how same-day booking works, what happens on arrival, and where we go. For the start-to-finish visit flow, see how at-home IV therapy works. If you're still choosing between coming to you and driving to a lounge, read house call vs. IV bar.

What same-day mobile IV means here

Same-day does not mean a storefront you walk into. It means a scheduled house call on the same calendar day — when the schedule allows. Marcus De La Fuente, APRN, drives to you, screens your health history, places the line, stays through the infusion, and removes it before leaving, under the oversight of Medical Director Dr. Juan Garcia, MD.

You rest where you already are. You do not sit in an IV-bar lounge or an urgent-care lobby, and you do not drive home afterward while you feel awful. That is the point of a mobile visit when travel itself is the problem.

How to book a same-day mobile IV

Call (210) 420-0210 or get started online. Tell us what you need — rehydration after a rough night, a stomach bug, a hard workout, or general recovery — and where to meet you. Consultations are free. We offer weekday, evening, and Saturday availability; same-day visits happen when the schedule still has a window.

The three-step flow is the same as our other house calls. The full rundown lives on how it works.

What happens when the provider arrives

Most visits take about an hour. A few minutes go to the health screen and IV placement; the infusion itself typically runs 30–45 minutes depending on the drip and fluid volume. Your provider stays in place the entire time — this is not a drop-the-bag-and-leave model.

Mobile IV near you — where we go

We come to you across San Antonio and surrounding communities, including Stone Oak, Alamo Heights, Helotes, The Dominion, Schertz, Cibolo, Converse, Live Oak, Boerne, and Fair Oaks Ranch. See the full map on areas we serve. If you're just outside it, ask when you book — coverage continues to expand, and there is no travel fee within the listed service area.

What same-day mobile IV costs

Published menu drips run $100–$195 at your door. There is no consultation fee, no travel fee within the service area, and we work with HSA/FSA funds — keep your receipt. Optional add-ins and a second liter sit outside that range. For the full 2026 menu, what's included, and what's extra, see mobile IV hydration cost in San Antonio. Drip details also live on the IV hydration therapy page.

When same-day IV is — and isn't — appropriate

Same-day mobile IV is for recovery, rehydration, and wellness when a licensed provider determines treatment is appropriate. People typically book after a rough night, a stomach bug that left them depleted, a hard training block, travel days at a hotel, or general dehydration when they would rather not drive to an IV bar.

It is not emergency care. If you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. It is also not a substitute for urgent care or the ER when you need imaging, labs, or evaluation for a serious or rapidly worsening illness. Your provider screens before any drip runs — that screen is part of the visit, not a separate bill.
